I think that Scheduling it during the holiday season was hard. Also I know how much girls love to gab so perhaps it should be 2 hours. I know that not everyone has that much time to commit but it seemed like we were always running over the time anyway.

I think the format was fine. I would have liked to have more time to talk amongst and interact sometimes.
